Hard-boiled eggs are best eaten fresh. That is why I love using my microwave to make them as it's so quick and easy and I can make them in minutes.

For eating the boiled eggs right away simply put submerge them into a bowl of cold water for 3 minutes and then peel them and enjoy.

If however you'd like to store the eggs or make them ahead of time, this is what I recommend:

  • Add them into a large zipper bag with an extra paper towel in it to suck up any of the remaining moisture and seal up.
  • Store in a fridge for up to a week.
